This product is shipped compressed, so it will arrive looking flatter or smaller than shown in the images. This is completely normal! Open the packaging carefully and avoid cutting too close to the item, as the fit between the product and the plastic wrap is tight. Once unpacked, allow 5 to 10 minutes for the product to expand back to its full shape and size.

We recommend washing before first use to remove light creasing from compression and restore the fabric to its full, soft condition. If you want to wash the whole lounger, you can, but always separate the cover from the lounger insert and wash them separately. For best results and to prevent damage, it is best to hand wash both parts in a basin using a gentle baby detergent, making sure to rinse out all remaining soap thoroughly. Tumble dry on low heat or air dry completely, and do not bleach or iron, as high heat and harsh chemicals could damage the material.

The contour and the material separate this from other similar loungers. We had two and the other hasn’t seen the outside of a closet since the nest arrived. Excellent design. We will be purchasing the tummy time one shortly. Ps. I do wish you had similar aesthetic and design for tummy time. The one I saw is rather “busy” instead of simple quality of the lounger.
